    Refund policy

    All sales are final – no returns or exchanges. Due to the exclusive nature and high demand of the merchandise, all sales are final. Please check that your chosen product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be canceled if there are critical errors in your order. Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please contact info@skntones.com.

    When will my Order arrive? 

    Please allow 3-5 days for processing and another 7-10 days for shipping.

    Can I contact you directly with any questions? 

    Yes, please reach out to info@skntones.com and allow 1-3 days for response. 

    Can I order items that are not listed on the website?

    No. We are only offering capsules of select products in our shop. Please subscribe to our mailing list to receive updates on new product drops.

    I placed an order, why did I not receive a confirmation email?

    During high traffic times there may be a small delay in the delivery of emails. If it has not been received after 1 hour please check your junk mail. If you are still unable to find it, please reach out to info@skntones.com.

    Do you restock your inventory?
